To start a return for a product, please follow these steps:
Log into your WholesomeCo account on a web browser.
Go to your Profile.
Select the order containing the item you’d like to return.
In the top right corner, click "Need Help?"
Select "Report a defective item."
Complete the return form. Be sure to include:
Clear photos of the item, including the front and back of the label
A detailed description of the issue you’re experiencing
Our Customer Support Team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours. If your return request is approved, an account credit will be applied to your WholesomeCo profile to use on a future order

If your return involves a defective, contaminated, or incorrectly-delivered product and cannot be submitted through the "Report a defective product" form, please contact us directly at help@wholesome.co you can chat in or call 801-695-4480.
