How can I start a return?

Your WholesomeCo experience is very important to us.

To start a return for a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your WholesomeCo account on a web browser.

  2. Go to your Profile.

  3. Select the order containing the item you’d like to return.

  4. In the top right corner, click "Need Help?"

  5. Select "Report a defective item."

  6. Complete the return form. Be sure to include:

    • Clear photos of the item, including the front and back of the label

    • A detailed description of the issue you’re experiencing

Our Customer Support Team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If your return involves a defective, contaminated, or incorrectly-delivered product and cannot be submitted through the "Report a defective product" form, please contact us directly at help@wholesome.co you can chat in or call 801-695-4480.
