  • An order must already be placed and packed prior to the patient entering the drive thru. If the order has not been placed or is not ready to be picked up the patient may be directed to re-enter the line or pick up their order inside the pharmacy.

  • No order modifications will be allowed at the drive thru window. The patient will be asked to either accept their order as is or modify their order inside the pharmacy.

  • Before ringing the drive thru bell, the patient must have their government issued ID and medical cannabis patient card ready to present to the pharmacy agent.

  • Patients and other individuals inside the vehicle at the drive thru window must be fully clothed to be served.

  • Per the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act, individuals cannot smoke (including combustible tobacco products, vapor products, or hookah) within 25 feet of the drive thru window. Our pharmacy agents reserve the right to turn away any guest at the drive thru window who is smoking until they cease the activity.

  • The drive thru can only be used by medical card holding patients in a motor vehicle. For safety reasons we cannot serve pedestrians or individuals in non-motorized vehicles, including but not limited to scooters, one-wheels, skateboards, segways, or bicycles.
