The patient or caregiver must be home to accept the delivery.

You’ll receive a text notifying you when the delivery driver is heading to you with your order, and another text when the driver is arriving. The agent will arrive in a discreet, unmarked vehicle wearing a lanyard with their WholesomeCo Courier Agent ID tags.

Please meet your driver at the door of your home or building and be ready to present your medical card (physical or digital copy) and valid form of ID (See what qualifies as a valid form of ID here).

Your medical card is required to have an expiration date on it. If there is not one on it, our driver will call our team and they can email you the correct medical card with the expiration date on it.
