Visitors over the age of 18 that present a valid ID are welcome to accompany a medical cannabis cardholder during the cardholder’s transaction.
Any visitor under the age of 18 years old cannot accompany a medical cannabis cardholder, unless the individual is an emancipated minor, or is accompanied by
their parent or guardian.The cardholder is only permitted to have a maximum of 5 visitors with them at any given time.
However, only the medical cannabis cardholder may participate in the transaction, including handling any medical cannabis product or devices.
If a WholesomeCo pharmacy agent suspects that a cardholder is purchasing for an individual other than the cardholder, or the accompanying non-cardholder is attempting to inappropriately participate in a transaction, then both the visitor and the cardholder will be escorted off of the premises by security.
WholesomeCo reserves the right to refuse service to any individual that violates this policy.
