We accept Visa and Mastercard PIN debit cards and cash.


As of Wednesday April 10th, 2024, we have a new debit card provider and are pleased to announce that this experience will be even easier and more reliable for customers!

Debit transactions will no longer be run as “cashless ATM withdrawals” like they have in the past. Therefore, they will no longer be rounded up to the nearest $5 increment and we will not have to issue you change.

Our new provider accepts most chip or tap enabled Visa and Mastercard debit cards, though at times cards issued by certain banks may not work. In this case, it's a good idea to have cash on hand as a backup if you're using a new card or one that hasn't worked in the past.

Please note: Debit transactions will appear on your statement as “Regala Card” and not as “WholesomeCo. ”


Your driver will accept cash at the door. Please have cash ready upon arrival.

For security reasons, our drivers do not carry change. If you can’t pay in exact change, any overpayment will be given to your driver as a tip! We cannot provide account credit for the difference of cash given to the driver.


As of Wednesday April 10th, 2024, we will no longer be accepting Hypur due to their announcement that they’ve been acquired by POSaBit and the info we’ve received that they will not be maintaining the Hyper online payment integration. While we know some patients liked using Hypur, it did not become a popular option overall and we are confident that our new debit solution will provide a reliable and easy to use solution. As always, we will be on the lookout for new payment options and any further updates from POSaBit.
