Price Match Promise

“If you find the same strain for less, we’ll match it — we promise.”

We will match any advertised price on the same strain, product type, and size, even if the batch is different. The price difference will be issued as WholesomeCo store credit, which is valid for 30 days. Credit cannot be reissued once expired. There is no limit to how many times you can use the Holiday Price Match Promise.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match, the product must meet the following:

• Same strain name

• Same brand

• Same product type (flower, cartridge, edible, etc.)

• Same size or weight

• Potency within ±5% THC/CBD

​Proof of lower price:

• A dated receipt or a direct website link

*The competitor must be a licensed Utah medical cannabis pharmacy, and the item must be in stock at the time of the match.

Exclusions

We are not able to match prices for clearance items, delivery-only offers, flash sales, bundle deals, membership-only discounts, promo-code promotions, unverified sites or out-of-stock items.

7-Day Post-Purchase Adjustment

We know deals can change often! If you’ve already made your purchase, you may still request a price match within seven days if a lower price becomes available. Simply provide your receipt or competitor link, and our team will verify the price. Our Customer Support Team can assist you with the process of completing this!
