If you are not home during your scheduled delivery window, your order will be marked as failed. You will need to reschedule your delivery online for the next available time slot. Same-day redelivery is not guaranteed and will only be available if it appears as an option when rescheduling.
If you prefer, you may also contact our Customer Support team via live chat Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, to switch your order to Express Pick Up.
We will hold it for 48 hours so it can be rescheduled. After that, the order will be canceled and the items will be returned to inventory.
Please note: We cannot guarantee the same items will be in stock when placing a new order.
