If your order does not need to ship the same day, you will receive an email with instructions to add replacement items. If your order is urgent or about to be shipped soon, we may call you directly to expedite the process when our Customer Support Team is available Monday-Saturday 9:00am-7:00pm. When they are not available, your order will be sent out, as is, and you will receive a follow up email notifying you of the out stock item being removed from your order for confirmation purposes.
