How do I reschedule or cancel my order?

Sign in to your WholesomeCo account to reschedule or cancel an Express Pickup or delivery order.

Click on an open order, then click the "Need help?" link in the top right. On the help menu, you will see options to reschedule or cancel your order.

Please note: patients cannot currently cancel or reschedule orders from the iOS app. It's only available in your web browser at this time.

If you need help or further assistance, please email help@wholesome.co. Our Customer Support Team will follow up with you within 48 hours.

​Our team is available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM to assist you by phone, chat, or email. If you are needing to make adjustments to your order outside of our Customer Support hours, please cancel your order and place a new order.
